`MVPs` and rare mini-bosses now exist for each normal, solo-self-found, and hardcore characters. You can only see and interact with the ones for your playstyle.
This also affects `Bloody Branches` and `Abracadabra`.
`MVP Points` are only given by MVPs who can drop a card.
Party members will now show an SP bar, removed `@showpartysp`.
