Visit the Battleground Recruiter to be teleported to the Battleground Room.
In the Battleground Room you will find: The Arena Manager, Bravery Badge Exchanger, War Badge Exchanger, Castle Rewards, Kafra, and Repairman/

Other NPCs and information:
Bravery Badge Exchanger - Use your Bravery Badges to exchange for Weapons, Armors, and Consumables.
War Badge Exchanger - Use you War Badges to exchange for PvP consumables. Can only be used during PvP. Will not stack with regular consumables.
Castle Rewards - Exchange Tokens of Comradery here for equipment. Tokens of Comradery are rewarded via castle loot room for the guild who holds the War of Emperium castle OR exchanged via Daily Dungeon Dan for Dungeoneering Tokens.
Kafra - Storages
Repairman - Repair broken equipment
