Use the MyRO Angel to visit >Towns > Residential Areas> TOWN Villas

Speak to the Proprietor to rent a home. You can see which homes are taken by using the Rental Information sign at each Village. Different Towns cost different zeny to rent.

Once rented, you can manage your home's contract/lease via Management at the sign out front of your home. Max contract time is 3 months, you must renew this manually or the home will go back up for sale.

Also under the Management sign, you can toggle player access, guild access, and place passwords if you would like. By default there is no password and all players have access to the home.
