Use the MyRO Angel to visit >Towns > Residential Areas> TOWN Villas

Speak to the Proprietor to rent a home. You can see which homes are taken by using the Rental Information sign at each Village or try to enter the house and it will tell you. Different Towns cost different zeny to rent from 3,000,000z (Glasthal) to 750,000z (Morroc)/ PER MONTH.

Once rented, you can manage your home's contract/lease via Management at the sign out front of your home. Max contract time is 3 months, you must renew this manually or the home will go back up for sale.

Also under the Management sign, you can toggle player access, guild access, and place passwords if you would like. By default there is no password and all players have access to the home.

• Plants/Mushrooms and 1 mob (“critters”) (these vary depending on the Town you choose to rent in).
• Your personal Dead Branch Room, spawn all the Dead/Bloody Branches you like in your yard.
• The Switch in the yard allows you to toggle PvP, Dead Branch restrictions, Change Weather, “critter” invulnerability, kill all mobs on map (no loot).
• Clothes/Wardrobe (note for Payon Villas, you must walk behind the privacy screen to access) Please see Costume page for more Wardrobe information
• Storage - Access all your storages, including Master and Guild storage here.
• Beds- Take a nap on the bed to restore full HP/SP

• Inside the home you can rent Cleaning Service (Alice) to tidy up the place.
• You cannot teleport inside the homes. You can warp portal out.
